An elderly lady, weighed down by her Bloomingdale's shopping, manages to miss her train and so heads to the cafeteria for some lunch and to await the next one. Settled at her table, she feels the call of nature but when she returns she discovers a gent sitting at the table tucking into her lettuce. That's mine, she declares but he continues to demolish the food. She's shocked. She's appalled. She's gob-smacked. She's also unsure what to do next and so she actually starts to pick at her own food from the other side of the table. He looks on benignly, then gets up and returns to the table with two cups of coffee - with one for her, too. Bemused, she sips it until her train is announced and so she leaves him looking perplexed as she races to the platform. Drat! She's left her mountain of carrier bags in the canteen. Back she goes to fetch it, and guess what she discovers...? It is a little predictable but it takes quite an enjoyable poke at never judging books by their covers whilst simultaneously jumping to conclusions or buying railway station salads!
